The start of the Wing Quest…

After a full summer of wings, brews, and bros its time to document my findings.  This here blog is going to help us all remember where to go when we need the chicken wing, Buffalo wings, boneless, and all the other variations of wings out there.  I hope that you did not think that the title Wing Man was like in your bro that helps hold off the “other” friend?  If so we can chat about that also, because I am a very good wing man.

So what is a Wing Quest?

Well that is what I have been on all summer here in the Emerald City of Seattle.  I cant quite put my finger on what sparked the quest, but I have been on the hunt for the best wings in Seattle.  I have plenty of qualifiers and some great friends to help with ratings and locations.  Please feel free to add your fav’s or if you know of some great places in the city to grub up on killer wings.

Where do I start?  How about categories:

  • The best Traditional Buffalo Wings
  • The best Non-Traditional Wing (Thai, Sweet, BBQ, Exotic, Jerk, ect)
  • The best Boneless
  • Other (still open to other categories)

Ratings are a bit easier.

1-5

  •  1. Sick – will clean your colon out
  • 2. Eatable – you can gag it down
  • 3. Parr – not bad, but might not be ordering them again
  • 4. Good – I like and would recommend to my friends.  Old faithfuls
  • 5. Wow – These are bomb, I hope I can eat them all myself

Now you have the background – Lets get to the wings!
