Just tried Pork Wings for the first time today and they were very good. Mine came from Big Bob's BBQ Pit in PA. Yes, PA. Loved your description.

Read about it at my blog http://petersfoodadventure.wordpress.com/

Co-Pilot here. Wingman wasn't as high on the Wingmasters as I was. Only complaint I had was that the wings were small, but the taste was great! I like super spicy wings but hate when they are just hot with no taste. Wingmasters has a nice blend of the spicy tasty. We tried 3 different kinds including the Pork wings. My favorite was the classic flavor. It's one of my top 3 wing joints in town now.
